How much is your hourly rate

All our repairs or installations are carried out on fixed prices that are agreed before work starts so you know exactly what you’re paying, no hidden costs

 

Are your plumbers qualified?

All our plumbers are NVQ qualified and our boiler and heating engineers are Gas Safe registered and have public liability insurance.

Do you have a call out charge?

No we don’t charge for driving to your property, we only charge for the time on site and diagnostic work.

We cover towns and surrounding areas in Essex & London

How long a repair take?

The duration of a repair depends on the complexity of the issue. However, our plumbers and gas engineers aim to complete repairs as efficiently as possible while ensuring high-quality work.

How often should i get a boiler serviced?

Boiler manufactures recommend you have your gas boiler serviced every 12 months to ensure optimal performance and its safety.
We offer a yearly no obligation reminder service

How do i schedule a repair?

You can contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, we will reply promptly during working hours, out of hours soon as we can the next day

Will you do small jobs?

We will help our customers with any plumbing, heating or gas work no matter how big or small it is.

What payment methods do you accept?

We except credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash on completion of works. 

Will i get a invoice?

All our jobs come with a written invoice with the works carried out and your warranty.

Do you offer any warranties?

All plumbing, heating and gas work completed by us comes with a one year warranty on labour plus the manufactures warranty on parts.
